Hi, my name is Kayla! I discovered my love for baking at 13, and it’s

been a big part of me ever since. I’ve always found joy in the balance

of creativity and precision that baking offers, whether it’s making the

perfect cake or experimenting with new flavours.

In June 2023, I graduated with a trade certification in baking and

pastry arts, and I also have a food handler's license! My ultimate

goal is to own a bakery, and I'm currently studying at the Asper School

of Business to gain the knowledge and skills that will help me achieve

this dream. These learning experiences, along with my website, are

some of the steps I'm taking to get closer to my ultimate goal.
